Class Description:

Mindfulness meditation is the practice of paying attention, moment to moment, without judgment. We often spend our time in the past or future, and through mindfulness, we learn how to live in the now.  We work with our “monkey mind,” not against it, and therefore discover the stillness and peace that comes from the present moment. This class is for you if you are interested in starting or maintaining a mindfulness meditation practice.
